Established in 24th April 2016, Founded with a deep sense of purpose, “Civil Heights.” is more than just an architectural and construction firm we are architects of your dreams. Based in the heart of Mysore, our 9 years of experience have been devoted to turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. With every project, we don’t just build structures; we build trust, nurture relationships, and create environments that resonate with the people who inhabit them.

Our expertise spans the entire spectrum of architecture and construction. From turnkey projects to intricate architectural design, we understand that every design is not just about aesthetics but about shaping a space that aligns with your vision and lifestyle. To date, we have proudly completed over 4,00,000 sq. ft. of construction, while meticulously designing over 12,000 unique plans that have touched the lives of countless clients.

Managing Director & Founder

A Civil Engineer with an experience of 29 Years in the industry. Bagging National & International experience power working under MNC’s in NOIDA, Madhya Pradesh, Kushal Nagar. Owning his own company in the Capital City of UAE, “ABU DHABI” named ‘Sand’s Palace general contracting‘ and served for 3 years.

With a solid background in construction management, Mr. Savood brings invaluable technical expertise and operational efficiency to Civil Heights. Known for his ability to manage complex projects with precision. He ensures that every phase of the process, from conceptualization to final delivery, is executed seamlessly. His leadership has been pivotal in driving the success of the company, overseeing projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

In 2019, Mr. Savood expanded his vision beyond construction into the manufacturing sector, establishing a second manufacturing unit in Karnataka for producing fly ash bricks- “CH FOAM BLOCKS“. This strategic move not only diversified the business but also addressed the growing demand for eco-friendly and sustainable building materials in the construction industry. His ability to navigate both the technical and business aspects of manufacturing further strengthens the foundation of Civil Heights, making it a forward-thinking and well rounded organization.

Chief Architect & Co-Founder

With over 8 Years of experience in the field of Architecture, Niha Junaidi is a passionate and dedicated architect who has consistently demonstrated strong leadership qualities and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She is a proud member of Rifah Chambers & Commerce of Industry, also serves as a Mysore district President for a Networking Platform named “Onfyx”. Coming from a well-educated Engineering background, through her tireless dedication and honest service, proving that perseverance and hard work can break through barriers.

In 2024, driven by the same passion and determination, She expanded her horizons into the industrial sector named “CH CONCRETE PRODUCTS“. She transitioned into manufacturing and became a key player in producing construction materials such as Concrete Blocks, Pavers, Kerb Stones and Cover Blocks, further demonstrating her versatility and commitment to shaping the construction industry.

Her journey didn’t stop there. As a business coach, Ms. Niha has trained many individuals, empowering them to monetize their skills and create financial independence through an Online Govt. Certified Platform. Her career has been nothing short of a roller coaster full of challenges, growth and success. Yet it continues to be a source of inspiration and encouragement to many.
